Issue 21.2 Summer/Fall 2009 has arrived. This issue includes the winner of the 2009 Wabash Prize in fiction (judged by Tobias Wolff) entitled “Birth Act,” by Rachel Furey. The contest’s finalists are also included, along with poetry from Sherman Alexie, G.C. Waldrep, and others.
We’ve also got some great interviews with fiction writers Nami Mun and Jane Hamilton, plus an essay by Susannah B. Mintz and half a dozen book reviews.
